About This Service
We issue technical reports with on-site inspection, photographic records tied to location, and an objective conclusion: what was observed, what it means, and what should be done. Parts without access, tests not performed, and information received from third parties are declared as caveat.
The most frequent reports are structural inspections of industrial sheds, roofs, and mezzanines; structural reports for photovoltaic panels; pressure vessel and compressor reports according to NR-13, with hydrostatic testing and ultrasonic thickness measurement when applicable; and machine adequacy reports to NR-12.
In judicial and non-judicial investigations, we act as expert or technical assistant, issuing a written report for the process and clarifications in court when necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a technical report take?
Inspection and NR-13 technical reports typically take between one and three weeks after the inspection, depending on the extent. The deadline is communicated in the proposal.
Is the technical report valid for insurance and inspection?
The technical report is prepared according to applicable norms and signed with ART. Each institution may have specific format requirements; therefore, we confirm the recipient before the inspection.
Do you perform hydrostatic testing?
Yes, for pressure vessels and compressors within the scope of NR-13, with ultrasonic thickness measurement when applicable.
What do I need to send for an estimate?
Photos, location, what prompted the request, and, if applicable, a project or previous technical reports.
